Johnny... read more was on time (even called before he came) and was a true professional from the moment he walked into our house (even putting on plastic booties), until I received his proposal only minutes after he left.
I have a small water stain on a second-floor ceiling close to a second-floor bathroom & air handler-closet, as well as an exterior wall. Johnny spent a good amount of his time assessing the situation (even running a water line test) and reviewing all the options for locating the source of the leak and cost for each. He even went so far as to give suggestions for ways I might be able to locate the source (and save some money) as well as discussing insurance options, all at NO CHARGE.
In short, I would highly recommend Johnny and ‘Sonar Leak Detection’ for his obvious knowledge, professionalism, and business ethics.

I had a water leak in my bathroom that was very difficult to locate, and I was referred to Sonar Leak Detection. Isaiah Garcia came out and was extremely professional,... read more knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process.
He used thermal imaging, moisture detection equipment, and other specialized tools to carefully inspect my home. He didn't just assume where the leak was coming from. He double-checked his findings and then, with my neighbor's permission, inspected their unit as well. He was able to identify an issue with their shower and used a dye test to confirm that the water was making its way into my unit.
Isaiah took the time to explain everything he was finding and provided documentation and pictures of his findings. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Jonny was ahead of schedule but called to make sure that was ok. He was VERY knowledgeable and worked with me to decipher my town's very sparse and unclear billing system and we even spoke to the water department together to get more information. We quickly determined there was nothing wrong with the house and we moved to the sprinkler system where we counted all the sprinkler heads, checked them all, and then did a whole lot of math. He was never in a hurry and was incredibly thorough and diligent. He answered all of my questions patiently and was very honest and transparent. He got to the bottom of my high bill mystery and left me with some contractor recommendations and suggestions for a path forward. I sincerely hope that I do not require another leak detectorist service but if I do I will absolutely give Sonar a call and would recommend them to others. I should also note that their services were more affordable than other agencies I contacted trying to get an appointment.
