Jonny was ahead of schedule but called to make sure that was ok. He was VERY knowledgeable and worked with me to decipher my town's very sparse and unclear billing system and we even spoke to the water department together to get more information. We quickly determined there was nothing wrong with the house and we moved to the sprinkler system where we counted all the sprinkler heads, checked them all, and then did a whole lot of math. He was never in a hurry and was incredibly thorough and diligent. He answered all of my questions patiently and was very honest and transparent. He got to the bottom of my high bill mystery and left me with some contractor recommendations and suggestions for a path forward. I sincerely hope that I do not require another leak detectorist service but if I do I will absolutely give Sonar a call and would recommend them to others. I have a small water stain on a second-floor ceiling close to a second-floor bathroom & air handler-closet, as well as an exterior wall.
