He double-checked his findings and then, with my neighbor's permission, inspected their unit as well. He was able to identify an issue with their shower and used a dye test to confirm that the water was making its way into my unit.
Isaiah took the time to explain everything he was finding and provided documentation and pictures of his findings. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Spoke to Johnny and his company Sonar Leak Detection comes out at no charge to find if you have a leak and location - he came out the next day and found nothing leaking currently and that it was something that had passed or a mistake by the water company. He wrote a letter to the water company about this for us. If you have a leak and repair it I have heard the water company will credit you with the bill overage charges.
