Spoke to Johnny and his company Sonar Leak Detection comes out at no charge to find if you have a leak and location - he came out the next day and found nothing leaking currently and that it was something that had passed or a mistake by the water company. He wrote a letter to the water company about this for us. If you have a leak and repair it I have heard the water company will credit you with the bill overage charges.

He was VERY knowledgeable and worked with me to decipher my town's very sparse and unclear billing system and we even spoke to the water department together to get more information.
