Johnny... read more was on time (even called before he came) and was a true professional from the moment he walked into our house (even putting on plastic booties), until I received his proposal only minutes after he left.
I have a small water stain on a second-floor ceiling close to a second-floor bathroom & air handler-closet, as well as an exterior wall. Johnny spent a good amount of his time assessing the situation (even running a water line test) and reviewing all the options for locating the source of the leak and cost for each.
